This is an automatic electronic sanding machine for turned components with 7 stations. As standard, the machine is fitted with 2 x hydraulic copiers for the flat belt sanding units and mechanically adjusted brush back sanding units for the profiled part of the turning.
Movement of the copier units is via precision re-circulating ball / screw drive and linear bearings, thus making set up times much quicker than conventional copy sanders. Components are loaded in the inclined feeding guides and automatically ejected at the back of the machine once the sanding cycle has been completed.
