CRM-100

CRM-100. It is a multi-spindle lathe of 8 CNC axes for turning and sanding wooden components up to 300 mm long and a maximum square section of 100×100. It has  6 stations with a CNC rotary drum.

It is the ideal solution for the production of small and large batches of wooden elements such as sofa legs, paint brushes, pepper mills and tool handles.

Working stations (6):

1. Start the cycle, and load the piece automatically.
2. Pre-roughing unit moved through a  CNC digital servo-motor and by means of a precision ball screw.
3. Roughing and finishing copiers (A-X) assembled  on a precision linear guides and moved through a CNC digital servo motor by means of a precision ball screw.
4. Two narrow sanding belts copiers (B-W) assembled on a precision linear  guides  and  moved through a  CNC digital servo motor by means of a precision ball screw.
5. Final sanding of  the  component  with adjustable oscillating brushes with cut cloth abrasive.
6. End of  the  cycle, stop  the  rotation  of  the  piece  by means of a brake and unload it automatically.
