This is an automatic CNC woodturning sanding machine with 7 stations. As standard, the machine is fitted with 2 x CNC copiers for the flat belt sanding units and mechanically adjusted brush back sanding units for the shaped part of the turning. Movement of the copier units is via precision re-circulating ball / screw drive and linear bearings. The CNC copiers eliminate the need for using a template thus making set up times much quicker than conventional copy sanders.
Components are loaded in the inclined feeding guides and automatically ejected at the back of the machine once the sanding cycle has been completed
