This is an automatic hydraulic sanding machine for turned components with 8 stations. As standard, the machine is fitted with 2 x hydraulic copiers for the flat belt sanding units and mechanically adjusted brush back sanding units for the profiled part of the turning.
Movement of the copier units is via hydraulic cylinder. Components are loaded in the inclined feeding guides and automatically ejected at the back of the machine once the sanding cycle has been completed.
